Help Center

How the daily bonus tracker, mailed-entry letter tracker and bonus board work, and exactly what each one does and does not record. SweepCoins Network is a reference and personal record-keeping site, not a casino operator.

Does SweepCoins collect bonuses or verify balances?

No. The dashboard is a manual record of amounts you enter. It does not sign in to operator accounts, collect rewards, verify credits or process redemptions.

How do I save and recover my tracker?

Sign in and wait for the tracker to load before editing. If a sync warning appears, keep this browser copy and use Retry save. Do not clear site data while edits are unsynced. Signing into the same account loads its saved records.

What happens when I change accounts?

Tracker records and local notification read state are separated by account. Signing out does not erase all cached data on the device. Use browser site-data controls if you need to remove local copies after checking they are saved.

How do mailed-entry records work?

Record the mailing date, letter count, actual expenses and the credit value you have confirmed. When you receive a credit, record the number of letters credited. A partial credit splits the batch and its mailing costs. Entries do not verify acceptance, value or redemption.

When does daily check-in reset?

The check-in uses UTC calendar days. It records a site check-in, not a payment or operator action. Check-in days do count towards referral slot eligibility; see the referral questions below.

Can I add a screenshot to a win?

Yes. When you post a win you can attach one screenshot. It is resized in your browser and shown publicly with your post. Deleting the post also deletes the screenshot; if the file cannot be removed straight away, the removal is retried the next time you or a moderator open the Wins board. Crop out usernames, email addresses and other account details first. Site notifications appear on the site itself; they are not email or push notifications.

Are listings or public posts independently verified?

No. Stored information can become outdated, and community entries are self-reported. A listing does not certify availability, legality, payout speed or game fairness. Do not use a tracker total as a cash balance.

What happens when I click through to a casino?

Most clicks open SweepCoins’ own affiliate link, which is how the site is funded. A share of clicks, shown as the Referral Pool percentage on each listing, opens a member’s approved referral link instead, chosen at random from the members in rotation for that casino. Either way you reach the same operator on the same terms; only who is credited for the referral changes. Nothing about your account or your tracker is sent to the operator.

How do referral slots work?

Slots are earned from activity days recorded on this site. Fourteen distinct active days, meaning a check-in or a tracker claim on that calendar day, unlock Grinder with five slots. A live thirty-day check-in streak unlocks Legend with fifteen. A day counts once, on the day it happens, so the requirement cannot be met faster than the calendar allows. Moderators can also grant a rank, or withhold one.

Can I lose a rank?

Grinder is permanent. Once you have fourteen active days they are yours and nothing takes them back. Legend is different: it reflects a streak you are currently keeping, not one you kept once, so it lasts as long as the streak does. If the streak ends, your allowance returns to five slots plus any invite credits.

What are streak saves?

Reaching Legend earns you one streak save, and you earn another at sixty days and a third at ninety, up to three. Saves work automatically; there is nothing to click. When you check in after missing days, the saves cover them and your streak carries on as if nothing happened. Each missed day costs one save. If a gap is longer than your saves can cover, the streak ends on the day the buffer runs out, whether or not you come back, and your saves are not spent: they stay banked and protect your next run. Every further thirty consecutive days earns one back, up to the cap of three. If you miss a day while holding saves, we email you the next morning with how many you will have left, and again on the last day a check-in can still save the streak.

When does the check-in day reset?

Every day resets at midnight UTC, which is 8:00 PM Eastern in summer and 7:00 PM Eastern in winter. A check-in after that time counts toward the next day, so checking in late in the evening can leave the day before counted as missed. The check-in card shows the reset in your own time zone, with a countdown.

What happens to my links if Legend lapses?

Nothing is deleted. Your allowance drops back to five slots plus invite credits, and any links beyond that pause, newest first. Paused links keep their place and stop receiving rotation traffic. Build the streak back to thirty days and they return automatically, oldest first, exactly as they were. We email you when it happens.

Who decides which referral links go into rotation?

You submit a link for a casino and it stays pending until a moderator approves it. One link per casino per member, and each approved link takes one of your slots. The Referral Pool tab on your Dashboard shows how many approved links are already in rotation for every casino before you spend a slot. Removing a link frees its slot.

Can I lose my referral slots or my rank?

Your rank is permanent once earned; fourteen active days stays earned whatever you do afterwards. Your links are a different matter. If you go 37 days without a check-in or a tracker claim, your approved links pause and stop receiving rotation traffic, because the traffic share is meant for people currently using the site. Nothing is deleted: the links keep their slots, and a single check-in puts them straight back into rotation. You will see a countdown on the Referral Pool tab once you pass 30 quiet days. Invite credits are never taken back, including when the person you invited stops using the site, since that was not your doing.

Are referral clicks worth money to me?

The click counter records clicks routed to your link. It is not a commission, a balance or a payment, and SweepCoins does not operate a payout ledger. Whatever an operator pays for a referral is between you and that operator under their own affiliate terms.
