Free entry (AMOE): mail-in and online requests

An alternative method of entry (AMOE) is a free way to receive sweepstakes entries, such as Sweeps Coins, without making a purchase. Each operator describes its own method in its official sweepstakes rules, and the details differ from site to site.

Mail-in requests

A mail-in request is usually a handwritten request sent to the address in the operator’s rules. Operators often attach conditions, such as a request code from your account, handwriting or ink requirements, and limits on how many requests an envelope or a day may carry. A request that misses a condition may not be credited, so follow the current rules exactly.

Online requests
