SweepCoins Network operates this site. Send privacy, correction, access or deletion requests to Inquires@sweepcoins.net. We may need to confirm control of the account before acting.
Account and tracker records
Firebase Authentication handles sign-in. Account records can include your email, display name, account identifier and account timestamps. We store the tracking lists, custom entries, balances, adjustments, claim history, check-ins and mailed-entry batches you save so they can be loaded on another device. These records are intended for you and authorized administrators, not the public directory.
Public contributions
Reviews, posts, win screenshots, comments, submitted links, public activity and leaderboard fields can be visible to other visitors when published. Some displays shorten a name; that does not guarantee anonymity. Do not put personal or sensitive information in public contributions, and crop usernames, email addresses and other account details out of a screenshot before uploading it. Uploaded images are resized and re-encoded, which removes the location and camera details a photo file can carry.
Local storage and service records
Your browser stores sign-in state, cached tracker data and preferences such as read notifications. Signing out does not erase every cached record; use your browser's site-data controls on a shared device. Unsynced edits may be lost if you clear site data. The service also records signed-in link activity and moderation information. Signup security signals can include browser/device characteristics, language and timezone; these signals are advisory, not proof of identity.
Service providers and external sites
Google Firebase provides authentication, database, file storage and hosting services. See Firebase's privacy information. External image hosts receive requests when their images load. Operator sites and sign-in providers have their own privacy practices. Optional Google Analytics collection is disabled in this release; that does not disable the site's operational records or provider service logs.
Retention and requests
There is no automatic expiry for account and tracker records in this release. Records remain until removed; backup copies can retain earlier records. Contact us about access, corrections or removal, including public contributions. Do not assume that deleting a local browser copy deletes server records.
